VISITORS AND VISITATIONS
Communication between school and home is a very important factor in a child’s education. We encourage all parents to come in and monitor the social and academic development of your child or children. However, we need this to happen in a manner that is productive for both the teacher and you.

Everyone is required to stop at the office before going to any area on the campus. A pass will be given and the teacher will be notified to give the necessary clearance for the visit. Parents and/or visitors must never go directly to classrooms. The teacher’s attention must be devoted to the class and should not be interrupted by unannounced visitors.

An appointment is strongly recommended to maximize the time spent discussing your child’s progress. Sometimes, teachers leave early and are absent for various reasons and an appointment can ensure that the time will be spent productively.
