Academics
The academic success of every student depends on the cooperation and communication established and maintained throughout the school year. Some students will require special services to assist them in achieving and maintaining success. Let’s commit to working together for the benefit of all the students.

- Progress reports are to be picked up by a parent/guardian.
- Progress reports are provided after the first five weeks of every quarter.
- Report cards are provided at the end of every quarter.
Please make every effort to pick up your child’s academic documents.
Reminder:
- If someone who is not listed in PowerSchool is picking up report cards they must bring written authorization from parents/guardians.
- Parents/Guardians are asked to respond to all conference schedules if requested to do so.
- You are also encouraged to make an appointment to speak with teachers. This maximizes the time shared with you and does not compromise the instructional time for your child or any other students.
- You are encouraged to discuss these reports with your child/children and to establish strategies for improvement when necessary.
When closer monitoring, supervision and assistance are required, do not hesitate to visit us. The final marking period is NOT the time for this. Invest the time, effort and energy from the first marking period in order to achieve the desired results of students’ success and promotion.
